Section 21
Nomination papers will be invalidated
: Nomination papers will be invalidated in any of the following cases:-
(a) If the candidate is not qualified according to the Constitution and this Act,
(b) In the absence of the consent of the person who is to be nominated or in the absence of his or his proposer and supporter's signature or in the case of a signature,
(c) If the nomination paper is not registered within the prescribed time according to sub-section (2) of section 6,
(d) If the nomination paper is not filed as written in section 16, 17 and 18,
(e) If the bond is not filed as per section 63,
(f) If it is not reached in other ways according to this Act.
